On July 20, 2020, I ordered 3 sets of shoe organizer boxes/drawers. However I received one pair of black plastic shoe trees. I initiated a dispute with PayPal and they’re requiring me to return the item that I did not order to an address in China, from where the package didn’t even originate. The package I received had a U.S. return address and the tracking information confirmed that it originated in the U.S.

According to hundreds of complaints on the PayPal Community Forum and the dates associated with them, PayPal is obviously complicit in this scam.
