I believe this company was known as Harper New York back in December, but have since changed their name to Harbor. They advertise on FaceBook as a legit company based in NYC (can't find their listing in any google search!), going out of business, having a huge sale but one must purchase before 11pm that day. They offer huge discounts on what look like very high-quality items (cashmere sweaters, suede coats, for example), plus free shipping anywhere in the US via Fed Ex, UPS & USPS. I saw some items that I'd seen on Amazon, using the same photos from Amazon. They also claim they are running out of product, order soon, but each product has multiple colors and sizes still available, even shoes up to size 11! There is no number to contact the company, and on my online bank statement, the company appears to be from The Netherlands. I suspect I will never receive my orders, or if I do, they will be inferior compared to what I thought I was getting. I read about them in a scam review for HARPER New York. I'll bet it is the same company.
