This scammer used a phony Home Depot website I clicked on to attack my computer and make it unable to shut down and gave warning signs that I had been hacked into. They said they were the tech support that would fix my IP address, which had been hijacked. And sent me information about this company out of California, NEXO SECURE, that would fix my computer. The rest is like the IP scam on BBB, s alert page. They could see everything on my computer and tried to charge my credit card with 400. 00, I am still trying to dispute this charge with the credit card company. They also use the name Global Help, and every one I spoke to had an east Indian accent. I think they were really located in India somewhere, as I see European currency trying to be exchanged.
