Purchased from the website August 29. Never received the order. Contacted the company via email as they do not provide a phone number. No response. Contacted again and was told one of the items I ordered was "out of stock". I immediately replied, told them to cancel that item and ship the rest. Stil nothing. Contacted them again and informed them that I intended to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I was told the next day my order shipped. Was emailed a tracking number. The tracking number never moved further than having a label created. Nothing has ever been received.
