This is suppose to be a work from home company.. I've worked for a week and was paid $47.00 .Customers would apply for free trails on different web sites for a credit report or other service such as locating homes and other thing that i was not aware of ..My job(Agent) was to receive calls to cancel accounts or prevent accounts from being cancelled. With several calls received i noticed that when attempting to close accounts they would not close even after 4-5 attempts were made the customers account would remain opened so money would still come out of their accounts. So when i tried to contact support about the issues there was no support .Callers would call in several times noting they've called in several times to cancel but money was still being withdraw from their accounts . This company has no contact number no address...and with the live chat that is suppose to be for agents use it's always the same agent who is clueless about the software that we use..I noticed that when we received calls and if we couldn't resolve the issues such as if someone called with their bank on the phone , if they mention The BBB or to report fraud to transfer to Customer Service or someone ranked a little bit higher than the agents,Well with several calls and several attempts made to transfer i noticed that all we were doing was transferring these customer to more work from home agents over and over again ..This company has my address my Social Security number date of birth and other personal information ...I Really feel bad about the situation because we were told to use our real names when answering calls.The worst thing about it is you never knew what services the customers were complaining about and you had no knowledge of them.. this is a support center link.. http://support.systemadmin.com/index.php........
