My computer had several virus that popped up on the screen and said to contact this number for assistance. When I did call that number, dummy me, the man I spoke to, Sam Cullins, then explained to me about their product and said he could help me get rid of all the virus from my computer and then I could have a 4 months service to monitor my computer. After 4 months I could cancel the account. Ok so we proceeded to go forward and I gave him my bank information and $524.00 was taken out of my account after I signed a computer document. I was told I had to call in once a month to speak to a Technician and they would go onto my computer and clean off all the viruses. Which I did from June 2023 to November 2023. When that 4 months was up, I called to the company and did not get the mans name I spoke to and told him I wanted to cancel my account. I was told I had to put it in writing. I went ahead and typed up a letter and emailed it over to the company right away to cancel my account. Little did I know they did NOT cancel my whole account. They only canceled the monthly service but kept on a monitoring security firewall program on my computer without my knowledge. So as time went by, September 27, 2024, I get a call from a lady named Amanda Taylor who left a V/M on my phone saying I had to call her back right away as it was important and that if I didn't call her, she was going to charge my bank account $7200.00 for the program. WHAT??? When I called her she told me they did not cancel my account and that they were still monitoring my computer with the security firewall system that was still on my computer. She told me how to get into that program so I could see that they did not cancel it. I tried to explain to her that I called and sent an email back in November 2023 to cancel it since I did not have their fiscal address to the company to send a letter in writing to them. Every time I called to the company it was a different person who answered and would tell me another person would call me back and that was on a different number each time. When I would call you could hear kids in the back ground like if that person was working from home and not a company. Anyway, Amanda then transferred me over to another manager named Sam Martin and we went through the whole conversation again and plus he was rude. All the people who I spoke to from this company were rude!! Sam then went through and showed me from the time I tried to cancel my account to Sept 27, 2024 that they were still monitoring my computer and that I owed $1800.00 to cancel it and wanted me to pay that right away. I explained I don't have that and am on a fixed income. He started to yell at me and then hung up on me. When I called back, I spoke back to Sam and we both tried to talk calmly to each other. He then said I didn't have to pay anything which then he said "IF" I paid only $1000.00 right now he would cancel the account. Once again I told him I couldn't pay that and I would call him back when I could. A couple of days later I get another call but from a Gary Lipton saying the same thing, my account was not canceled and that I owed them money. I can't pay that I told him and hung up. I contacted a friend and told him all of what happened to me. He then started to check into this company on the internet and found out that they were actually a SCAM company and there was no info on them since I never received a company address and that when I got any calls from that company it always showed SCAM CALL. He told me to contact the ScamPulse.com and report them and to block them from my phone if they called again. I also contacted my bank and got them blocked from taking anymore money from me if they tried and I also contacted another friend to have the security firewall removed off of my computer which they did right away for me. Now I know that this company under the names of Nova-Tech LLC or Nexusipsoulitions was a Scam company and there is no address for them on the internet but there are comments from other people who were trying to be Scammed out of $7200.00 from this company too. I'm just glad I finally spoke to some trusted people and got that system off my computer and will not pay anymore money out to that company. So please beware.
