First contacted me via text about a website to automate leads for my business. I signed up for the "free trial" and was given a beta version, barely working website. I got zero leads but a ton of headaches.

I was told that I would get an email before the end of the trial, which never came. So they charged me and would not refund me, despite me pointing out this clear error on their part (which they just didn't respond to).

Now, they randomly charged me $97. But from a slightly different name. Stay away from these people.
