I own a company by the name of Title New Hampshire, LLC which is similar to the NH Title company the complaint is being filed against. There is no such company registered with State of NH. Their website shows my home/corporate address of 3 Bedford Center Road Bedford, NH 03110 on their homepage.

I've received 3 calls from time share owners asking me to verify if my company is the same as NH Title. Information I've gained from these calls has led me to their fraudulent website. They are involved in a fraudulent time share scheme involving escrow funds being wired to their account in Mexico.

The NH ScamPulse.com has an alert posted on their website. My company (Title NH, LLC) is a ScamPulse.com Accredited company with an A+ rating. My concern is that a person may lose money to this scam if they don't do their do diligence or assume that my company is the one they are working with, which I believe is the intent of the scammer by using my address on their website and by using a company name very similar to our own.

We have filed complaints with the FCC, NH Attorney General and ic3.gov
