I placed a phone order for a trial offer for a Keto product. The operators are from Asia and difficult to understand but she "read" the terms and conditions of my purchase over the phone. When the product came, there was a second product added, Forskolin, that I didn't order but figured it must be part of the trial offer. It was part of the trial offer but was a separate charge on my credit card. I didn't expect any other orders after the trial offer but apparently as the operator was reading the terms and conditions, somewhere in her dialogue, she must have mentioned that I would have to call and cancel within the trial period or I would receive more products. When the second shipment came in I was surprised but figured it was my mistake so I paid the $179.22 and planned on calling the company to cancel any further orders. The shipping label that came with my order did not have any information about either company that these products came from so I replied to my order confirmation email stating I would like to cancel any further deliveries. I did not receive a reply so when the third set of products were delivered, I returned the to the post office and had them send the order back unopened. The fourth month, I did not receive the products but they still charged my credit card. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges but after a few weeks I received a letter from my credit card company stating that the Keto company had provided them with a hard copy of the terms and conditions and since I agreed to the terms and conditions over the phone, they reapplied the charges to my credit card. So this company has taken $358.44 of my money but did not send me the product. I researched but haven't been able to obtain a number or valid address for the company that sent these products.
