Made an order of 3 golf clubs from website, sent them payment, they sent me a false tracking number, item never came, they offered me a small refund (10%), and gradually went up to a 40% refund, saying that they shipped the item and that it was my fault it was lost. It definitely just never came, I even have an email saying they sent me sunglasses on accident and I needed to find those for them to send me the golf clubs.
