I placed an order 2/8/24 using my bank debit card. The order was $54. I purchased a vintage Indians (baseball) windbreaker. Once I placed the order I didn’t receive a confirmation email stating my order has been placed. I didn’t panic because on the website shipping policy it states you won’t get an email until it ships. As the day goes I’m checking my email and spam folder for the shipping info. On 2/15 I decided to call, the number is a non working number. They have a chat button on the website that says it’s active 24/7 so I attempted to get information from there. It gave me an error message stating (come back during normal business hours). They also have an inquiry section where you can put your email and concerns and they will reach back out. That button didn’t work once I filled out the information. So last resort I sent an email with my order information. Never received an email back. I check my spam folder as well for a response. I checked the address it’s linked to the mall in Ann Arbor. When I check the mall stores it has NicePant listed there. So I decided to call the mall directory to get transferred to the store. The store doesn’t exist.
