I ordered a door mat in October and have not received it . They will not answer any emails so I went to the bank and submitted a protest on the credit card payment. They didn't get my money just a bit of my time and angered me a bit. Stay clear away from these people they are just out to get your money.

This place is a complete scam! Stole 50 bucks from me for a flag ordered on june16th that is still processing! It's been over 2 months. This place is criminal and the jerk behind it needs to be behind bars! Filed with bank and better business bureau. This place should be out of business after every single review is the same song and dance! Stealing from a veteran. Despicable

Buyer Beware! I ordered on May 28, 2021. Have written numerous emails about my order status. Always the run around. Today I wrote again and demanded a refund. I also reported them to PayPal using their Resolution feature. If you are considering doing biz with this company - DON’T!

Total scam business. Ordered in May for an item promoted as Father’s Day gift. Multiple requests for updated shipping info., went unanswered for weeks. Finally got the following response:

First of all, I am so sorry for my late response and the inconvenience.

There must be a mistake with the tracking information of your order. I will contact the logistic company to get the newest update back to you. Hope you can wait for a few days.
The tracking number would be activated by the post office and updated to you automatically asap.
However, the delay or late delivery is unavoidable because of the large amount of oversea order and the lock down also. We are so sorry if we let you down in this situation. Please be patient with us.

I placed my order for a personalized USMC phone case on May 2, 2021. I got an email my vase was being produced on May 3, 2021. I messaged them on May 20

They responded, "be patient". I messaged them again a day ago, nothing. Their "track your order" does not function and just times out every time. They told me since Covid turnaround on an order is 15-25 days. But it has been almost twice the latter at 47 days now. They did, however, find time to send me offers to purchase MORE of their products 21 times in that span, but for some reason, will not process my order. I have contacted them several times without resolution.

I ordered a F-15 lamp on March 2nd and after many emails I received a email back about some covid [censored]. It's almost May and after many emails to them, the only email back saying it will ship in a couple of days back on April 2nd. Like I said, it's April 28th and not heard anything from them. They won't answer my emails. They need to be shut down before more people are ripped off!

I ordered 2 I can’t remember type all over hoodies toward the end of last year and still haven’t received them yet. When I complained somebody by the name of Chloe Isabelle responded to my text and stated DONT worry be patient everything is slow with mail delivery because of Covid-19 in my heart I knew it was a scam but had hope anyway. This website confirms what I knew thanks.

Did you notice that they list an address in San Jose, CA as their HQ but their actual location is in Vietnam? Yeah, I didn’t see that until AFTER I placed my order! I wish I had known if this site before as I would not have ordered. I’m out almost $45 - which includes an automatic “tip” of 5%!

Put these people out of business. We thought the things we ordered were coming from the US NOT China! It took over a month and they only sent the hoodie my husband wanted and not the cap that cost over 30$. I hope we can find some kind of recourse but I highly doubt it.

2) The product in the drop down menu was described as a 5Pack of masks for 39.99 WITHOUT shipping, handling, and insurance.

1) I thought I was supporting a local CA business but it turns out everything is created in China.
2) I waited nearly 3 months for delivery.
3) I was delivered 1 mask, NOT 5. Yes, that's 1 mask for 39.99 NOT

4) 1 week later and I'm still completely unable to reach the company. it's as if they vanished!
5) I had read Niche3D.us web site prior to ordering. They post only 3 - 5 star reviews.
6) I failed to check the BBB which gave them a D rating.
7) I failed to check online reviews - most give the company poor reviews.

Jan 12th, ordered two sets of car seat covers. Total $212 and change. Checked their terms of use .. turns out they're supposed to have orders processed within "7-10 days" and shipped within "10-15 business days". At most, that translates to 5 weeks lead time to delivery.

Did a form submission on their website 03-01-2021.
- no response.

Sent them an email 2 days later 03-03-2021.
- no response.

Just sent another email today 03-05-2021.
- awaiting response.

Come Monday, I'm going to contact my bank and look for a recourse to refund by contesting the transaction, citing lack of delivery. Who knows .. maybe they'll reverse the charge...? Not likely, but ya never know.

I ordered a military tumbler on Dec 9th 2020. Spent $46.84 and it took alot of emails to them, tracking number that didn't work. I have a dispute with PayPal since it finally arrived toward the end of February 2021 and it was not correct and they admitted it is their fault (they didn't spell ARMY) correct and they want me to spend postage to Vietnam and the shipping on the package I recieved from them in CA. Stay away from Niche3D.us. Not worth the months long headache.

My order number is #niche3D-404870. The item was ordered on 11/28/2020 for $66.94. The item was a Deer Hunting bedding set 3D design all over Printed (6628) Queen. I feel that this company is a scam. Their fake tracking says it was delivered to my address but I never received anything on that day or any other day. I contacted the post office and the postmaster said there was nothing scanned and delivered the day this company says it was! Please beware! I will be getting my money back!
