The “tracking details” for the order you place are bogus. I've looked at mine regularly and it notifies you a few weeks after the "delivery date" of all the stops the package supposedly made (which looks legit/nice). Mine stated it was left in my mailbox which was a lie because only the USPS has a key to my lockbox and the shipment information was from an independent third party. There are no phone numbers to contact the company nor the delivery company. The item I purchased was never delivered and it has been 34 days now after they claimed to have delivered it.
