I contacted this company via their facebook page on 10/17/2022 with an inquiry regarding listed products and was immediately responded to. I then placed an order on the same date (10/17/2022), with the expected delivery date listed on the website as being only 1-1.5 weeks later. When I did not receive the products and did not even receive tracking information more than a week later, I contacted again on 10/28/2022 via facebook requesting an update and was ignored. I subsequently contacted again on 11/02/2022 again and was ignored, as well as reached out multiple times afterwards via email and text, and continued to be ignored. Finally by 11/18/2022 (more than a month elapsed), as per consumer laws, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I was only responded to before I put an order, and after they scammed me of my money I was ignored and my products never delivered. I hope that this scam can be shut down such that others do not have to experience the same waste of their time.
