I have had a similar experience as the previous reviewer. I’ve had my tickets for nearly two years and it just keeps getting cancelled and rescheduled for a later date. They keep finding excuses to push it back. I doubt the event will ever actually happen and It seems like they bank on people either giving up eventually or just flat out forgetting. Which is easy to do when it’s been multiple years since you bought the ticket. I definitely do NOT recommend buying from this company.

This is a lantern festival event that claims to hold events across various states within the US. I personally have had tickets to the Indiana event for a year and a half. The original event was canceled due to weather back in 2019. They have rescheduled 3 times since then, continuing to find excuses to cancel the event. Some people have mentioned having a ticket for 3 years, and yet no event has ever happened. They will not refund money most of the time, even if you have purchased ticket protection. They delete any comments on their social media that are pointing out how this feels like a scam, how long they have had the tickets, or mentioning that this event never seems to happen. They are clearly trying to cover something up. Their website and social media seem very convincing. They have a decent following on Facebook and Instagram, and people commenting on which event they attended and how much fun it was. I doubt those events ever happened as well.
