I purchased a “Fe 23-24 GMC Canyon L4 2.7L (t) Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System w/ Pro DRY S Filter” on 08/19/2024, I even paid for the one-day delivery fee because I needed this part to arrive not later than 08/23/2024. On 08/21/2024 I received a from call from the seller to tell me that the part most likely will not be delivered on time (by 08/23/2024). At that point I insisted to cancel my order. They did not cancel my order, but instead proposed another solution: they have found a part that could be delivered on time, for this they requested me to pay extra $95 dlls in which I agreed because I needed the part and I was promised the part would be delivered on time. However, the part was not delivered on 08/23/2024 as promised. The customer service rep (Sai) kept telling me that she needs to talk to her manager for this issue. I have been constantly calling and they keep telling me the same story. All the conversations according to she/them are recorded. In the last phone call we had, Sai even admitted this issue is their fault and yet they don’t want to make it right. They keep telling me they will call back but they never do. I did not realize that some other people in the past have reported their services to be a scam. I paid a total of USD $429.85 for a lost part.

I order a body kit from them on 11-27-23 and I was told it would be 4-6 weeks out. I called 5-6 times to check the eta and they always told me they were waiting on one more part, then I was told the part came in but now they had to quality check it . then I called back a few weeks later and was told that they were still waiting on parts again , so they lied and were trying to push me to the side. I waited longer and then in April after being told it still wasn't in I told them I wanted to cancel my order. They told me to cancel the order I had to message them through their website. So I did this and then nothing happened. I continued to call and they told me I had to talk to the manager " Steve" but every time I called and asked for Steve he was never there and was out of the office no matter what time of day I called. I finally got a hold of him after calling another 5 times but he said he would have to look into the order before he would refund me this was on 6-7-24. He said I promise to call you on 6-11-24 and will let you know if I can refund you. He didn't call on 6-11-24 but I called him and the person the answered the phone said he was on a call and that he would call me back right after he ended the call he was on. He never called. I call back on 6-12 in the morning and was told he was not in the office and would maybe be in afternoon. I finally got him on the phone on 6-12 and he told me he has to check on the order and will call me back and refused to give me a refund.
