Type of a scam Employment
I received text messages from 318-474-7297 to confirm I received the check. When I called the number, a man answered and would not state his name and did not speak well, and hung up on me. I texted the number asking to verify the amount on the check and the payee. He text back verifying Check amount for $2550 and from Sabadell United Bank. The amount was wrong but the bank was right.
I believe this is a scam and will not be cashing the check. Please advise if I should report elsewhere.

Being a tester is a very flexible, fun job with lots of benefits.
Let's get you started on your first Testing Assignment.
To excel as a Tester you must be good at paying attention to your
surroundings and remembering details. Remember the name of each employee you interact
with, the clothing they are wearing and if they greet you politely. You might be asked to
rate the product given in terms of quality or how long it took the employees to make. You
might be required to ask assistance of the employees and rate their helpfulness. If you
forget important details you may not get good ratings. It is a good idea to take notes after
each assignment. Keep a notebook and pen in the car so that you can record information
you are likely to forget later on. You can even keep notes on your phone if it helps.

determine operational compatibility.

At the chosen store you will be effecting a transaction through Walmart to Walmart. While
conducting the transaction, you should bear in mind the reason for the survey.
• NOTE: You must not disclose for any reason that you are a mystery shopper or let them
know you are evaluating their store. You are to remain calm and confident during the
process of the assignment so as not to arouse any suspicion of an ongoing survey. Prompt
submission of your report will entitle you to an evaluation bonus. This would be included in
your pay for the next assignment.
While effecting transaction at Walmart/CVS store, you would be making the
below listed observations.
• Store Name & Address (If multiple stores were visited, kindly specify).
