I would love to report this "shop/brand" Nikifilini.
I bought a t shirt around November 2020, the shirt tok about half an year! To arrive, around May 2021.
The shirt arrived in Portugal wich is where I live but they put down the wrong adress... so the shirt never arrived at my house and it returned to Russia.
I told them I wanted my money, but they suggested me to do the order again with no additional costs and that the new delivery company would only take 1 week to deliver, and for my surprise it really tok 1 week and arrived in Portugal again, but then I received a call from the company saying that it would cost 60 EUR so I can received it, patetic since I had alrready pay 42 EUR, I refused that offer and once again I contacted them via instagram, they very rarely respond, and after so many times of me asking about my money back they don't even gave my to this day my money, they say it is a problem between banks and countrys but I doubt it.

I made my first order in the end of june 2021. I placed one order for a itachi hoodie and had to pay shipping 3 times because the shipping was not calculated correctly . 3 times it was not calculated correctly and even after I have paid for everything in June I still to this day have not received my order.

I have contacted them sooo many times and their excuses is that the production is taking time. I mean it has been half a year now for a single hoodie.

If your production is taking time why would you drop new products every week and scam people with their money.

Ridiculous people. It is a scam. They send products to some people to break cool down the bad reports and after a while start ignoring people again.

Scam. Person asked me for money. Never went through. Don’t buy from here. Over 500 dollars for some clothes and no reply. Horrible service. Bad people. Not good business they just steal money for fake clothes they try to “sell”. Really thought this store was proper and real.

Welp I hate to admit it I might have got finessed out of 245$ I bought Two jackets and one belt, got a email saying I had to pay for shipping I paid the same day I ordered it waited 16 - 20 days for a tracking number and never got it ( I used box berry btw ) so now I’m lost I’m just going to hit up my bank and dispute the purchase because there not gonna willingly scam me and many others out of money, they know they’re not giving shipping numbers and they know people are not receiving there packages but also claiming to ship “worldwide” if they can’t ship worldwide that’s fine but don’t say you can then take peoples money that’s just blatantly lying

Definitely a scam. I bought off the website without knowing you had to pay for shipping separately, I waited 3 months before I realized I wasn’t getting a tracking number or any information about tracking, I messaged their Instagram and FINALLY paid for the shipping and after 2 months I got a tracking number. At first it was going well then I checked the tracking and it said I had to come pick the package up in MOSKOW WHEN I LIVE IN NEWYORK? I asked them to help me and answer why it was telling me to pick this package up, they told me they would talk to the Russian post and get back to me and they never did and I’ve been waiting and still nothing. DONT buy from here

The email they sent from comes up as [email protected] which explains why I never hear from them. In the email they gave me a link to pay for my item, which is https://securepayments.sberbank.ru/shortlink/N9Ykwt6j

I never received the item and never heard back from them since May 2020. It is now August and still no item and no correspondence. Please see their email to me below.
