After signed offer letter from purported corporate paralegal role for $80K / yr and 2.5 hour orientation session at $40/ hour on 2/9/24, representative of Mitchell law firm is refusing to honor my invoice despite rescinding offer letter after work conducted. It’s important to note the job was misrepresented and it was for two companies not one evading payroll tax and secondary salary.
