Nikky Great Danes Online Puppy Scam Reports & Reviews (2)

I was looking to purchase a great danes and found the site Nikky Great Danes online. I found a dog I was interested in purchasing and soon got in contact with the care taker of said puppy. They assured me the puppy was AKC registered, up to date with shots, vaccines, as well as how old the dog was. As soon as they confirmed the dog I inquired about they emailed me pictures and a video of the dog I wanted as well as letting me know I would have to pay an extra $200 if I wanted to ship the dog. I texted letting them know I would like him to be shipped and they asked for my full name, closest airport to me, as well as my home address. They informed me that I would need to pay for shipping as well as the reservation fee which was $500 through to the zelle account [email protected] and said the name would be Mouhamed. I sent the money the next day and followed up asking if they have received the money, they said they were at work and asked for a screenshot of the sent zelle, we confirmed they got the payment and they told me they would proceed with shipping details the next day. The next day I received a flight confirmation and tracking number link through my email which told me the puppy will be delivered at 7:00 from ACM united which is a service I know nothing about as well as never heard about. I then receive a phone call from ACM united express delivery confirming if I have received the email that contained tracking and shipping details as well as letting me know to look for another email that is being sent to me. I then receive another email that says my puppy was under per detention but checked and ready for the flight but the Insurance and Quarantine service centre for the City International Airport service which is the first Port of check-out requires an insurance certification proceeding the delivery of my puppy. The email proceeds to say the insurance is a refundable fee as soon as the puppy arrives on my doorstep and if I didn’t pay within the next 12 hours the puppy will be in quarantine for 2 months and any and all parties related to the puppy will be claimed by the court of law for pet abuse. The email then tells me the puppy doesn’t have an insurance certificate which will have to be paid for me to get my puppy and then tells me that I now have to pay $1000 while there will be no compromise on the issue and to pay with discretion and urgency. I receive another call from ACM united confirming if I have received an email regarding insurance and I tell them I have payed half of what is already needed to pay and to my knowledge everything should’ve already been taken care of and the response was “we are only calling you to confirm you have received the email nothing else” I then hang up the phone and text who I have been in contact with asking if they can call me to talk about the email. They respond back by saying they are at work and the shipping company contacted and explained to them the same thing. I then ask why was this information withheld and they respond by saying they didn’t know I would have to pay for insurance because if doesn’t happen all the time but they are sure it will be solved as soon as I pay the insurance. I then go online and research ACM united express delivery and see that the ScamPulse.com received a consumer complaint alleging that ACM Worldwide Delivery charged advanced fees for the transport of a pet advertised online that once paid for, was never delivered to the consumer. The consumer informed that after initial payment was sent, the business then requested $1500.00 for insurance, $1520.00 for an air conditioned pet crate, $550.00 for a health permit, $550.00 for vaccinations and $200.00 to prevent the pet from being quarantined. After reading that I texted again saying you know what could we change the flight or could you send me my money back. After 13 minutes of not getting a text back I text again saying “hello?”, they text back immediately saying that they are at work and seeing what can be done because the flight cannot be changed. I text back and mention that I sent the $500 that was needed which should’ve taken care of anything and let them know I looked up ACM united and let them know I figure out it was a scam and tell them they probably don’t even have the dog and say so the money for the flight can be transferred for me to receive the dog at a later time or you can give me my money back, which I never received any text back.
