Take a headshot; have you wait and do a one on one interview then schedule 2nd interview for 3 days later when/where they pressure you into paying $200-$500 for terribly unprofessional headshots and $40/month fee.
None of the dozen staffers are mature business savy professionals. All immature, unprofessional people.
Office manager is a street savy con artist masquerading as a talent agent;
Offices are ratty for entertainment industry company that says they're a successful business for 10+ years;
Have no marketing materials of legitimate actors or broadcast shows that they claim to have placed talent or worked with;
Nothing they say is verifiable in their office.
Classic bait and switch, high pressure sales tactic.

This company gets your personal info from casting websites, then cold calls/emails you repeatedly stating that they've accepted your application to audition for their modeling/acting agency. After multiple meetings where they assure you of all the work you will get, they hit you with a $50 monthly payment plan. They have renamed the business because of all the trouble they've caused. Here is the yelp site of the former busines http://www.yelp.com/biz/one-source-talent-los-angeles . Now they are changing their address when getting bad yelp feedback. They have multiple yelp locations in multiple cities. Someone needs to do something about this.
