I placed an order for 10 motorcycle riding shirts @ $54.88. Never received order or shipping confirmations. When I inquired via contact email, the email ([email protected]) was invalid. I then searched social media (where I first saw the advertisements) and found a Facebook page. I sent a message via Facebook messenger asking for shipping information. The sent me a link to track the order. Within 9 days the tracking stated order was delivered to my town. My local USPS office had no record of the tracking number and did not have a package for me. I sent another message and they said they’d send out the order again. This time tracking claimed to have delivered my order to a completely different city AND state. No im having difficulties even getting a response on Facebook messenger unless it is a generic “where’s my order” message. Definitely no response to “I want a complete refund” message, but they did send a message that they can resend the order.

I have a feeling it’s all AI responses!

The business entity that accepted my payment (according to my CC statement) is Hui*tradejialong com. No ‘.com’ just a space, then ‘com’. Also, there was no contact phone number given on their website or Facebook page

I saw a ad on Facebook for this 6 pack of shirts and I went to the website that was advertised on Facebook, ordered the shirts. I never got a email confirming my purchase or a tracking number. I emailed them and got no response. Then I looked on a website that tells if a website may be a scam or not and it showed that it was a dangerous website to purchase from. I wish I would’ve done that from the get go but I assumed since it was advertised as a ad on Facebook that it would be safe.
