I ordered a Tamagotchi back in April 2020. I still have not received it and its November 2020. I have emailed them so many times, they said it was still shipping. Recently I have not received any response. HELP.

This website is an absolute scam. I didn’t do my research ahead of time before purchasing. They even have fake the same 6 reviews on their website and I have written two already that have no gone through, of course. I ordered two tamagotchis. One I saw this website, I immediately contacted them to cancel my order - IT WAS 10 MINUTES AFTER PURCHASING!

Received an email 20 minutes after cancelling stating “we received your message. Due to the fact that we don’t have robots to answer our emails, it takes longer to respond.”

A day later sending me an email that the order has already been processed.

I requested a cancellation after 10 minutes of purchasing and was told it has already been processed at a separate warehouse?

Have not received the items it hasn’t even left China yet.

Such a bull[censored] website.

I found out about the site on Instagram, they were sponsoring it with an add about a free tamagotchi. I told myself why not and bought it, it asked me if I wanted to add other free stuff (it said FREE and no info about the shipping) so I decided to get them too, and AFTER THAT IT CHARGED ME 41,60 DOLLARS! After 4 emails and 5 hours of waiting I’m still waiting a response about cancellation! I hope it doesn’t just don’t care and ship it anyways, how am I going to explain my mom that I bought 40 dollars in tamagotchi?

I ordered an item and never got tracking and after about 3 weeks i asked about getting one and they said they're working on it, i followed up almost weekly and only got computer generated responses.

they keep trying to "close my ticket" but i refuse to let it close, and want either the product or my money back.
