I have sent several mails to them but till no product. They asked me to wait for a couple of days each time I sent them a mail of reminder.
They always reply by stating that their shipping partner has a problem and may be they have lost the product and to wait for a couple of days again and again.

On December 24, 2023, I ordered and paid for a set of colored pencils at a big discount. The recipient of the payment is indicated BRODE INNER INC (+16183895730). The site on which the pencils were posted has already disappeared, and this email address was indicated as technical support.
I wrote to them after not receiving any information for several days. They replied that they had a large load, and a few days later they gave me a tracking code. The code was tracked on the website they indicated and on the international tracking website, but Dutch Post did not see it even when the parcel was supposedly in the country.
On January 16, 2024 I received a notification that the package had been delivered. However, I did not receive any parcel. They said the address was incorrect, although everything was fine. After that, they “tried to resolve the issue” for about two more weeks. After which they wrote to me that they were ready to send another parcel to replace the lost one. I still have not received the tracking code for the promised parcel, the scammers again cite extreme busyness. I understand that I won't get anything anymore.
