Ninja foodi scam still online

This is horrible I added pictures of the website where I supposedly paid $92.99 for a ninja foodie and it's a scam yet their website is still up somebody needs to help get them off of online I've called my bank the payment has been stopped on my credit card they're not getting paid since I bought nothing

This website advertises Ninja Kitchen products, copies the original website https://www.ninjakitchen.com/ and offers discounts. I disputed the charge when they said my oven arrived via First class mail...and provided a tracking number. First off an oven could not be sent first class (under 16oz). Paypal called Usps and it was in fact never sent to my address. I was refunded via paypal after disputing the charge, but this is a scam. It should be shut down.

This website appears like the normal Ninja website however once you look closer, it describes it as an "e-commerce site". I found what I thought was a great deal for a Ninja Foodi on the Ninja website, put it in my cart and went to pay for it. Once I entered all of my info, it took me to Paypal to complete my order. I did not think much of it until the final page when it said "your payment has been sent to Shontell R". (a personal name). 1 week later, I have not heard anything from this person despite attempts to reach out about my item. In addition, the Ninjacookwarestore.com website makes you sign up for an account and when you do it says "welcome if you have any questions about your order please send emails to [email protected]". When I tried to reach out to customer service, my email got returned saying it was not a valid email address. Thankfully, Paypal was kind enough to give me my money back but beware!!! This website looks a lot like the Ninja website and if you have never been to the original Ninja website, you can be easily fooled like I was. Someone needs to shut this website down.
