Ninja Foodisales-Shop advertises their products as legitimate Ninja products, discounted at more than 70% off MSRP. I was under the impression that I was purchasing the product directly from Ninja, NOT A THIRD PARTY OUTLET store. I am not even sure it's an actual store.

I have been charged for product, but have not received any communication from the company about shipping, but have I gotten any response from the several messages I have sent inquiring about my purchase. It has been at least 7 days from purchase date.
