Advertised a zoom meeting called the generals tent for 99.00 per month. I realized I couldn’t keep that payment going so I canceled and asked to go back to the lesser subscription of $4.99 per month. Girl on the phone said she did that for me.

However, they charged me the $99 anyway and would not give me access to the zoom meeting they charged me for
