Nitreo requires you pay up front before beginning services. Nitreo claims to be an instagram growth company to help businesses and individuals grow their audience for increased engagement. Essentially a marketing tool. However, after taking my money, they only offered the possibility to reach out to approx 7 specific audiences, none of which were healthcare or education, which is the field I am in. When I inquired about how to include a target audience that fits my business, they said they only offer what they offer and do not interact with any other markets. I thought I might give it a try anyways, however when I attempted to log in to my account, it said my email did not exist in their system. There was suddenly no record of me in their system, however I still had an invoice of the money they took. When I requested a refund as this company obviously has so many bugs to work out, they said they "just" stopped doing refunds unless it was a technical issue. I explained in detail what happened and how my email had been deleted from their system, and this sounded like the ultimate technical issue. They continued to refuse to refund or offer to help resolve the issue. Finally someone emailed me saying they would make an exception this one time and refund me. I saw the credit applied to my credit card on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon, it had been removed. They obviously initiated it to make it seem they would refund but then reversed the credit. I'm going to have to initiate a chargeback now.
