Type of a scam Employment
They conducted an interview and hired me. I said I would need to give 2 weeks notice to my employer that I had
at the time.
In the meantime I looked high and low foe this company to see if it was a good company or bad. Nothing!!!!
I saw review for ** *** *** so naturally I thought that was the same thing, NOT THE SAME!
Yesterday after working for NJ Antiques, LLC for 3 weeks and no paycheck, unable to reach my boss by email or phone
I called the store for ** *** *** and was told they are not the same and he has the same kind of call s before.
I need to have this reported so others don't get taken as was I. This man has my, social security, drivers license number,
home address, phone number for me, *** *** ***. Bank account information. All due to the fact that he is very smooth
and all the paperwork looks very legit.
There are 2 portals that have been designed. He was trying to scam money. He had me go to a CVS to try and pick up money
through a money gram reference # 94749620 under the guise of it being a client paying on an account. That was my job accounts receivable.
The money didn't get there. I checked money grams website it was cancelled. Called him and he was very upset. He said cancelled, oh she said it might
be. He also told me that there was going to be 27,000.00 sent to my bank account that never was sent. I tried to reach him to see what happened
why that never went through and that was when he stopped all communication with me. He wanted me to get Zelle to get monies sent. I did.
I had set up a seperate bank account for this company just in case this was a scam and I have already closed it!!! The problem is he still as
all of the other personal information! Who else has he done this to?
He goes by the name of Jack Miller the number he gave me was (201) 616-0966. When I have called it has gone to voicemail, left a message and
no return call. 1984-04-12 if correct his date of birth. He has a British lilt to his voice. This is the email that was in his profile don't know if it works
[email protected]. Supposedly they are in Jersey City, New Jerset, which just happens to be where the other NJ antique store is.
Please do something so this doesn't keep happening to others because there is no derogatory information and his sam company is so close to the other
that people think they are the same thing and it keeps going.
I have all the paperwork that he had me fill out for his so called company to make it look like it was real if you need it.
