Went to NMJ Headquarters in Ewing Township to pay car insurance bill after check was "lost" in the mail. I was directed by the payments department to call the main number (609) 232-6600 and "follow the prompts." I did so and ended up with a person who barely spoke English and wanted to allegedly give me a $100 WalMart gift card. I believed the NJM number was being spoofed and went to an NJM claims representative (**** *****) who helped me make the payment and said he wasn't aware of any such offer.
