Ordered a smart watch. Recieved a watch but in order to pair to a phone had to give credit card info for a monthly charge. This was not described on the website. Then despite having a 30 day money back guarantee they do not respond to attempts to return. They say the product must be recieved within 30 days for refund but refused to respond with the address to return the product to.

So, cannot use the product but unable to return it.
