associated to the debit on my checking account. The website was clearly fake so I called the phone number. I've
actually been calling them every night since it happened. The money was instantly refunded on the first call with
pretty much no questions asked. So that peaked my interest. Figured they were thieves. They claim to only be a
third party vendor processing refunds but several of these people have also said they take debits. They don't use
consistent names. Again, I've talked to several of these guys and gals daily. Stories constantly change. They said
they aren't allowed to tell me their company name. They've used "customer service management company" as
their name several times but that's also fake. They won't give contact info for that "company". They don't have a
real address. I've gotten two people to tell me that address and it comes up as a virtual address. When you look at
the address at the bottom of the NKF page, the address goes to a building with business suites available for
rent/sale etc. The suite they use looks to be empty and up for rent. Some say they have supervisors but they are
always busy. On the call tonight one guy named Larry told me the female supervisor isn't available as she's in a
conference room and doesn't want to be bothered. Then I called again minutes later and spoke to Sam and he said
the MALE supervisor is out to lunch. Lunch. It was 800 Central time. Lunch. So all sorts of red flags. Seems like
the males and females switch shifts. You can always here people in the background. They all get attitude with you
if you challenge anything lies they are trying to feed you. They hang up all the time when they can't answer
contradictory statements they've said etc. I just want them to get busted. They've even suspended the NKF site
before while I was talking to them. It's 100% a group of Scammers.
