Nikolas Milosavljevic is a scammer. He goes by Nikola or Nik and he took money from me to paint our condo, completed less than 30% of the job before disappearing. I reviewed quite a few painters before hiring Nick as he came across as legitimate, met with me a couple of times and even signed a contract to complete the job. He asked for a deposit and was provided with everything that he needed to get the job done.

He showed up a few times in a feeble attempt to pretend like he was doing the work but didn't make much progress. The he promptly disappeared. He didn't pay the sub contractor who he had hired to work with him and that guy showed up at our condo with the police.

I was out a lot of money to him and had to go out and find another painter to come in and complete the job. I have tried contacting him and he keeps trying to threaten me with fake lawsuits and apparently he has pulled this same trick on a few other people.
