Rob Nnguyen approached me on Instagram with an offer to help his company, MH SOFTWARE along with personal errands, and I would be compensated. He stated I must use my cards and he will pay it all back. As well as asked for my ID, and social, as I would need to be in charge of accounts. He kept making me pay for "invoices" and then every dollar he tried to "pay me", bounced right back. He had a bogus excuse that his ex-wife was taking all his money, and then I realized it was a scam. When I demanded he pay back all I had paid already, he got verbally abusive and told me to go kill myself, along with other very vulgar things. Then kept demanding I pay more or the company would go under. He sent me a fake passport, along with a fake name that I now understand isn't real. I contacted my local police department and because this individual is overseas, they can't track or find him. When I made disputes with my credit card companies, MH SOFTWARES responded to the disputes with a FAKE letter, and a FAKE signature pretending to be me, stating I agree with the charges. My local police department didn't care, and one of my credit card companies believed such a bogus, obviously fake document.

I was taken advantage of, verbally abused, and now in extreme debt because of this scammer. The scammer that he had my card information and tried to use it without my knowledge. He made charges, that I now can not reverse. I attached my police report.
