The caller just left a message. The message was they were holding $9,000.00 for them and to call back 360-112-4100. The consumer did not call back.

Calling family members saying you have two outstanding claims/judgements against you and that the company will now be contacting you at your residence and place of employment and you are facing criminal charges. You must contact company at [the telephone# they provide] and use the case #they give you. The name they left on our family members voicemail wouldn't have been used for any type of bill in over 20 years so there is no way there could be an outstanding judgment for anything.

Was a voicemail left on my home phone number. Claims to be looking for my whereabouts. Claims to have filed a formal complaint against me with no information as to what. Says next step is to contact the county district court.

A phone Message was left on our recording machine stating the following --- "... ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid an initial appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a Federal Criminal Offense. My number is 954-505-2978. I repeat 954-505-2978. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you."

We did not called back but I want to report this scam. We could not catch the name of the person or institution.
