Received notice via USPS stating the factory warranty of our vehicle will expire soon or is already expired. The notice is dated May 20, 2024, less than a week after we purchased a new 2024 vehicle which included the factory warranty. This is obvious a scam as our factory warranty is in no way even close to expiring. The notice says we may have been selected based on information in the public record consumer auto data file.

Received notice in US mail regarding the expiration of a vehicle warranty on a vehicle we purchased 9 days ago. The purchase included a warranty. The unnamed company’s Program Director is listed as Richard Thomas.
