I received an email after my order of the snuggle puff beanbag with the order number. I have reached out to customer service, but I’ve received nothing.

Bought a snuggle puff bean bag through noble nest through something I saw on Facebook. It took my money but I never got a confirmation email or anything and never have received the package. I reached out to their support email but never heard back. I went to check their website again and now it doesn’t exist anymore.
