They offer this product, to be accessible online only, and after the purchase was processed, Inwait to get the tracking and shipping details, but never got it, they reply at the very beggining, arguing my order was delay but they will compensate with a priority ahipping and that I should receive the tracking info 3 days later, is already past those days and now after cpuple of emails sent to them, I've got nothing in return, they seems to be now aware that I want mu money back and is because of that that they won't reply.
