Austen Nocita on a bid said he will spread gravel , fix trim and flooring and put bathroom vent and patch drywall. He spread the gravel one day and said he would like to get paid. I said tomorrow after you finish the bathroom. He then said I'd really like to get paid today. I then texted as long as you come tomorrow and finish he texted lol of course i will. He took the money and ran. I've been messaged that he has done this to several people. He is posing as a general contractor and a mechanic . the address is his mechanic shop he is in school for that, not qualified. A gentlman he tried to partner with to open a garage looked him up and found he is not qualified. Someone did though and the shop is open. Someone is going to get hurt. He has a LLC the guy that looked him up but not the right one for jobs he claims he can do. The guy is a fraud Austen Nocita is posing as a General Contractor and Certified Mechanic and he is not qualified for either
