In addition, their"guarantee" only covers loss or damage, but not customer satisfaction.
Apparently the mouth tape doesn't work as advertised or they wouldn't be dumping inventory on unsuspecting customers and not guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
I emailed them to cancel my entire order and refund my money, but they replied that it had already been "dispatched." However, the next day I received an email stating that the order had been placed and a label created, but Not that the order had been shipped. I went to Track My Order and it said that the USPS was waiting to receive it from the company.
In their reply they also stated that they can't accept returns due to "health and safety reasons." HOW is it a health &/or safety issue if the entire package is not opened?
I looked up reviews of Noctivio and Trust Pilot had a few one-star reviews that discussed similar experiences as mine.
I tried to find a phone number for the company, but the only way to contact them is at "[email protected]"
Thinking that something wasn't right, I went to their Privacy Policy; the last section gives contact information. Here'sthe address I found:

In this case, "Shams" is Very appropriate.
