They sent an official looking paper that looked official for Indiana LLC's. It is not from Indiana SOS website, and they wanted $160.00 for this form to be filled out. I have been a long time business owner and I knew as soon as I opened it, it was a scam and I bet a lot of business owners fall for it. For one they had a previous address where we were located before.

Scammer used my daughter's name as the "person of interest" and referred to her by her former married name that she has not used in the 15 years since her divorce. I tried calling them back at the number they left on my voice message (just to give them a hard time) and there was no answer. I ignored the message left for me last week as I suspected it was a scam and they left another one today.

This scammer is requesting $45K from elderly retirees in order to claim PCH prize winnings. This is 1 of 2 complaints. Potential Name: Philp Clarke from Capitol One. Provides routing and account number information. Address to wire: 9461 Farm to Market Humble TX 77338

Requests overnight deposits: Vivian Jackson, PO Box 2503, Tifton GA, 31793

Provides printouts of fake IRS forms, and notarized ScamPulse.com documents.
