Product was never delivered but was still charge for full device. Here is an example email describing why they are unable to ship. "I want to reassure you that there is no need for concern! Your additional batteries will be shipped to you shortly, we will have an updated tracking number send as soon as the battery is dispatched. Due to logistics around shipping bulk power banks, the shipping has taken longer than expected.

We are estimating the shipment to arrive to our distribution partners within the coming weeks. As soon as we have delivery dates, we will share them with our community.
