This part time opportunity was sent to my university’s student emails as our university president’s email was hacked. We were notified by IT within couple days of hacking but in the meanwhile I already gave my phone number and mailing address. I started receiving text and just today a check that looks seriously valid for $4k+ which I assume from the same company. It seems such check frauds are very common anyways, as funds are made available by the bank before its legality can be validated, and in the meanwhile scammers may ask money to be wired etc or if the victim uses the money, the bank would ask it back...
