This company is claiming to be based in Austin, but is clearly based in China and is shipping poor quality Chinese product under the guise of an Austin-based American company. The product I received was not what I had purchased/ was promised and the company refuses a refund. The company also uses fake social media accounts and fake reviews to try and sell the product.
