I was on Facebook and saw an advertisement for a flash sale on Cupshe. I ordered $45 worth of clothing and received an order confirmation and tracking information through track718. The package came from China according to the tracking information and then one day said delivered when it never was delivered. I emailed the customer support team and noticed it was not Cupshe but [email protected] which I thought was strange. I emailed them and requested a US tracking number so I could reach out to the carrier to locate my package. They refused to do this and offered to resend my package. The package was resent and had the same issue of saying it was delivered when it wasn't. They claimed it was the carriers fault and would only refund me 70%. I realized I fell for a scam at that point, filed a dispute at my bank and closed that card.
