After that I was transferred to the 1st person's supervisor because she was the person who will okay the release of funds from the national treasury. I was given a code ( JK9060) and then told I had to pay taxes on the grant. This is when I said, "so this is when I know this is a scam". As soon as I said scam the"supervisor" hung up. I hate the people who do this in the name of our government!!! Both females I spoke with had an Indian accent. I made sure to write everything down. They also said I was 1 of 17,000 people selected.
