John Jenkins called claiming to be with Publishers Clearing House stating I was 3rd place winner of 3.5 million dollars in certified check and $10000 cash. He said I needed to go to Walgreens and ask for my Money Pack Scratch card and then call him at 876-428-6007 so he could send the prize patrol to my home. He stated they had already sent me certified mail and an email (which I never received). The number came through as Restricted. I am concerned he has my phone number and location.
