Ordered a bark collar and when it absolutely did not work, at all, attempted to return the product. Was offered 40% refund, 70%, told the terms of return required videos of defective product to troubleshoot which is nowhere on their website. Inability to even leave a review or comment. Hoping my bank will accept a fraud claim on this.
