I noticed a reoccurring charge on my pay pal account and reached out to the company inquiring what the charge was for. I waited a month and then received an envelope full of some energy drink. No receipt No invoice just this product. I have sent several emails requesting the refund or give me return instructions to no avail, as they keep asking me for an order number and my email address which is apperantly not in their system.. So how did they actually get my address and ship me product with no trace. they just too money from my account and have no record of an order.

Big SCAM! I returned my four unopened products during the first (1) week in August from my original July orders. I have sent at least five (5) email inquires as to the status of my refund of $209.06. So for “CRICKETS!” They DO NOT return any emails, but are very aggressive in emailing me new product advertisements. In addition, I see on this site that NooBru is very responsive in replying to their favorable reviews, but again “CRICKETS” to those of us that are experiencing bad customer service. My next approach will be to contact the Better Business Bureau. Also be AWARE this SHAM OUTFIT is NOT even located in the United Ststes. They operate out of the United Kingdom.

I ordered a health supplement online from NooBru.com on August 17, 2023 and received a receipt of purchase by email the same day. I have responded to the company numerous times with only one reply since the purchase. I haven't heard from or received the product to date.

I purchased a vitamin on 3/23/23 but a month later, never received the item so i emailed the company and followed up if my item were shipped but they responded that due to backlog of orders they were unable to ship the item on time so I have responded back via email to let them know that I was cancelling my order so they acknowledged that they will refund my money back down to the amount that was originally paid eventhough the item was never shipped or arrived. So i followed up again with several emails about my refund but just them responding back stating that it takes 5-7 days for the refund or credit back to my account but until now they never refunded my money or no email recieved.
