I reviewed a promotion on Facebook for a Nooro knee which would help stabilize and realign my patella. I made the purchase using my HSA card. However, the purchasing process was very confusing and I would arge deceptive as you had to scroll down a long list of information and things not even related to the purchase I intended to make. One of these things was a 14 day trial for an app that would eventually turn into a monthly fee if not unsubscribed in within that time. It was not clear that because I made the purchase for the brace that I was automatically enrolled in this "VIP Club." However, I received a notification my free trial was about to expire. I called one day after the expiration date and waited 26 minutes to speak to someone who said they could only "cancel" the subscription I never agreed to and would not refund the $41.34. I believe this is a very deceptive practice since I had no intentions of enrolling in this additional service and the process to cancel is very confusing and not easy to complete.

I went on a site through Facebook and was looking at the products. I then accidentally pressed pay with Apple Pay because when I was looking at products for a help with neuropathy it kept saying buy now and pay here on almost every thing that popped up . I just pressed it to look at the picture then it paid with Apple Pay . I immediately requested to cancel and get a refund but it said it had been packed and shipped to a courier within 2 minutes and I could not get a refund but had to try the product first then email them back . I emailed again and they said the same thing. I am calling my credit card company today to get the charge blocked .

Claim is that device cures neuropathy of feet. Package comes from unknown Asian country (the gray plastic wrap with fake return address. Nobody at the end of the phone Number on website. No address of company. Buyers are told they cannot be refunded (even unopened packages) "unless you try it for a month." I reached somebody by e-mail, they said not to mail them back, to try for a month. I said No. They offered 30% refund. I said No. Then 40%. said OK , I have not heard a thing, Bought product 4/30/2023 on-line through FaceBppl PayPal - Code credit name is "ICARE")...I have since read many complaints about this company on-line and some reports say they've notified BBB.

I made an order over the phone for $158.90 for some whole body massage kit with $9.00 in TAXES. I tried to immediately phone them back to cancel the order after doing a few minutes of on-line research. They put on hold for at least 15 minutes each time (about 5 efforts) and finally ended the calls saying leave us a message with your phone number to call back. I went on line while still phoning and sent them at least six emails requesting cancellation of my order. I said they made it impossible to reach them. They replied they could not cancel the order (even though ithe request was done within minutes). Finally they sent another email saying I would have to fill out paperwork under their 90 day money back guarantee of satisfaction. I said that would take forever and to please cancel the order and send verification of such. More emails from them saying it wasn't possible to cancel the order. (Another complaint says they do not give refunds!!) I kept send emails, also saying I would contact my credit card company to complain and refuse payment. Still they refused to cancel the $158.90 order

Ordered product on-line. Paid $199.95 via credit card. Name of Company is Nooro-US; phone number is US (212 area code). After placing order I discovered company is in HongKong. I immediately cancelled the order and requested a refund. Since 4/26/23 I have been trying to obtain my refund. The company promptly responds to my emails with promises to pay. However I still have not received my refund. Frustrated and discouraged
